Description
• 4-8yrs of strong hands on working knowledge of Crystal Reports 8 and higher.
• Working experience in Crystal XI and migration from prior versions to Crystal XI would be a plus. Candidate must have exposure and experience to all features of Crystal including the client and server versions.
• Must have strong database skills with Oracle 10g and/or 11i including writing and supporting complex queries and stored procedures.
• Performance optimization and tuning of Crystal reports on large scale databases is must
• Must have experience implementing custom features in Crystal.
• Good analytical skills
• Good Oral and written communication
• Ability to understand business needs and the underlying data
• Must have experience in translating functional specifications into technical design, code review and sound knowledge of Crystal best practices is essential.
• Candidates having additional experience with Business Objects and related BI tools would be a plus.
